Office management specialists organize and coordinate all office-related processes, serve as a key point of contact within companies, and handle a wide range of tasks—from scheduling, correspondence, and customer service to accounting, human resources management, and procurement—often using modern IT systems and foreign languages to ensure smooth business operations.

At the Plein Art Foundry, you’ll work at the intersection of administration, production, purchasing, and sales. You’ll learn how projects are planned, materials are procured, costs are calculated, and orders are organized—always with a close focus on our artisanal and industrial processes.

Above all, you are our link between customers and production. You advise, mediate, and make it possible to fulfill customer requests.

What does an office management assistant do?

As an office management assistant, you organize office processes, support various departments, and serve as the point of contact for customers, suppliers, and coworkers.
