We offer three tried-and-true materials for our metal inlays:

Precise Manufacturing & Planning Reliability

Our metal inlays are manufactured with a specified material thickness of 2 mm and feature precisely crafted outer contours.
Production is carried out:

• based on your digital files (e.g., CAD, graphics, or font files)
• or based on fonts and motif series we have developed ourselves

This ensures high dimensional accuracy, clean edges, and reliable integration into the respective surface—a crucial factor for installation on the construction site.

Upon request, we can also design motif series and ornaments specifically for your application.

Integration into Stone and Building Surfaces

For flush installation, a precisely fitted recess is created in the respective material and filled with a polymer-based elastic adhesive.

You or your contractor can carry out the precise preparation of the excavation as follows:

• by milling based on the digital data provided
• or using appropriate sandblasting films, which we can supply on a project-by-project basis upon request

The recess is precisely tailored to the contour of the inlay and features a defined border all around. Once the inlay is set, the metal surface and the polymer adhesive align cleanly and smoothly with the stone—without any protruding edges or visual disruption.
