Field of Study: Chasing Techniques<\/h3>

Do you enjoy creative work, have a good eye for shapes and surfaces, and want to shape metal by hand? Then an apprenticeship as a metal artist specializing in chasing<\/strong> is just right for you. <\/p>

At the Plein Art Foundry<\/strong>, you\u2019ll learn how to sculpt, refine, and finish metal surfaces. Using a hammer, chisels, and a great deal of finesse, you\u2019ll work with bronze, brass, and other metals to give works of art and architectural elements their final form and impact. <\/p>

Or you can create entirely new works of art by designing and shaping new models. Metalworker is the most creative of our apprenticeship programs<\/strong>.<\/p>
